You want to ask a question so that they reply back to you. This is another level of chosen attention & intention that you are offering someone and it's this extra layer of attention & intention that makes them feel special and makes you a more connected communicator! Getting back in the Industry

Isn’t that how the best love stories start?! Don’t worry, this isn’t going where you think it is.

I never in a million years considered starting a new business in this season.

I’ve had experience with building a business online in the past and did really well with it because it was a no brainer for me. I love fitness and I love helping other people love fitness! One thing I didn’t love was that it felt like a full time job. I learned a lot of lessons from my past experience and had no interest in repeating it.

I’ve watched Heather’s success since we met almost 2 years ago and had ZERO intention of being any part of it. When she decided to WALK AWAY from it, I knew something was up.

Can I tell y’all - OMG. This. Is. HUGE. I’ve spent the last 2 weeks or so looking at everything she was willing to show me, meeting people, and GEEKING OUT on some science calls. By the end of all this, it was impossible for me to say no thanks.
